The 3rd edition of the association meetings organized by the will take place on January 28th.Alliance Against Tobacco, a coalition of civil society organizations in France, engaged in the fight against smoking.

This year the theme chosen is that of positioning and communication strategies aimed at de-trivializing tobacco products in France.

This conference bringing together civil society actors, public health experts, political decision-makers and journalists will be organised around four sessions and will allow, during the interventions and discussions with the public, to initiate a reflection to rethink the storytelling and the communication methods of those involved in the fight against smoking.

This conference will be the pre-launch of the Alliance's three-year project for 2020-2022 "Denormalization of tobacco in France", selected at the end of this year by the fund to fight addictions as part of its call for projects "Mobilization of civil society".

Rethinking the positioning strategy of the fight against tobacco and appropriating the methods of communication actions of the tobacco industry to truly reduce the prevalence of smoking in France will be the subject of the debates and discussions of this day.
